Sutra:
131. ivaLOdE kUdiyE vaSthuvinudaiya uNmai.

Meaning:
It is only with Her that the Ishvara tattva exists.

What is the nature of the togetherness of the divine couple?

Just as knowledge and joy are natural to Him, so too is being the consort of Sri. Therefore, it is together with Her that the Ishvara tattvam exists.
