Through 'aham', He has shown His nature of possessing qualities such as complete knowledge, which remove the obstacles. Through 'tvA sarva pApEbhyO mOkshayishyAmi', He has shown that the sins will fear the chetana and leave him. This being the case, He says that the chetana has nothing to fear ("mA su ca:").
