Meaning:
You who give the boons sought by the devotees. People are determined to cross this ocean o f samsara, some using your divine feet which are like a collection of lotuses that have blossomed in the sharat kAlam, some using your divine eyes that are like a collection of lotuses also and some using the sweet, laden with deep meanings, strong and powerful divine words uttered by you.
