pAdham aththAl eNNinAn 		- He counted with His divine feet
nIL mudiyai 			- the ten heads
vAL arakkan 			- of the evil asura Ravana
thAL paNindha 			- who surrendered at the feet
pU mEya mAdhavaththOn 		- of Brahma who resides on the flower in the navel;
amararkku aRiya AmE 		- Can even the devas know
paNbu 				- His divine qualities?
adhi niRka 			- Let that be.
nAmE aRikiRpOm 			- Only we (who are the target of His nirhetuka krupa) know.
